Shipping and Processing:

We ship most items via FedEx Ground or Priority Mail. Shipping and processing fees for smaller items are based on your total order as follows:

Shipping time for most items is 5 to 10 business days. If you require overnight or express shipping contact us  for a shipping estimate.    Some of the products we sell may be shipped directly from one of our distributors.  If you order more than one item you may receive your orders separately.

*Please note that for a few of our larger or heavier items require special handling and additional shipping charges will apply.  Please contact us for additional charges. 

Once you've placed an order with scenewest.com we will send you an order confirmation email letting you know that your order has been received and is being processed.  As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you another email confirmation notifying you that your order is on its way, and provide you with the shipping company's tracking number.  Scene West will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Texas.  Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

International Orders - Deliveries to outside the Continental United States (including AK and HI), are based on actual cost. Please contact us for additional charges.  Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. 

Returns/Exchanges

Please let Scene West know if you have a return, so that we may credit your account.  If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply notify Scene West of the return within 10 days of receipt. We will exchange the product or refund your money. Guaranteed. 

 If you receive an item that is damaged or unsatisfactory, you must notify Scene West of damaged or missing items from your order within 3 days from your date of receipt.  

For returns include the packing slip or original receipt that you received with your shipment.  Indicate the reason for the return.  Items returned will be refunded or exchanged. Shipping, Crating and Handling Fees (including related sales taxes) are not refundable and you are responsible for all shipping and handling fees.  You are responsible for proper packaging and shipping back to Scene West so the order arrives in perfect condition.  Also, adequate insurance should be purchased in case of loss or damage to the returned item. Please do not send any packages C.O.D. as we will not accept C.O.D. packages.
